Yeah, I saw that. Sweet setup. Of course I have ADD and it was all NOW NOW NOW, couldn't wait to order them. Did see some cheap ones at Harbor Freight for $4.99 but they looked like they'd break on the second day. How strong are the the parts that come out of the bracket and support the pipe? They still holding up good?
Definitely seems like a better idea to distribute the weight like that, as well as helping with directional friction. My EMT does sag under load, although it's just the first of many I'll build.

I just completed my trailer last week - set up with the same rollers from Northern Tool as El Flaco. Works awesome - each roller is rated to 150 lbs., so they seem strong enough. The cool thing about the ones I got is that the roller shaft is spring loaded, so you can push the shaft in and remove the roller from the bracket without tools if you are concerned about them being in the elements. Nothing on these rollers sticks up far enough to snag any part of the raft. Four rollers lets the rig correct itself as it rolls onto the trailer instead of being stuck at an angle. Worked great last week for the trial run in south canyon. Everyone i've talked to that has done the pipe/PVC thing has wound up with it warping in short order. Thanks for the advice El Flaco.

I built a full length roller by getting a piece of PVC then going to the Bearing store and finding something that would fit tight in the PVC and fit a piece of 3/4 round stock didn't cost much at all the bearings were the most expensive as i put 4 in the system. If i remember right it was under 20 bucks for everything
