Any or most tire shops will do it. You just need to look at the size on the tire and call them in advance as they rarely if ever stock trailer tire sizes. I've gone in and had them put new tires on with the raft or whatever on the trailer. No big deal.

I would call A&E tire. Most likely they even have your size in stock.
