I have a blue 150 quart igloo cooler and open and close it 4.7 times an hour for 13 seconds each time on average. My buddy has a white 150 quart igloo cooler who opens .8 times an hour for 13 seconds on average. My cooler has ice after 5 days, his is water in 3.

I put a bag of rice in cooler to absorb water as ice melts, yet the residual ice refreezes the rice.

I have a couple orions. The 85 and the 45. They are total overkill. I believe they hold ice longer than anything currently on the market. Retail price is insane though. They said they have a 120 qt in the works.
