Windy as hell in a 12' dory. Hit bottom a couple times. We went from grey owl to mallards. Had fun and caught a nice cutthroat on a big black wooliebooger. Took 5 hrs mostly due to wind at the end of the trip. It's doable if your itching to get out. Wouldn't take a 14' raft on it yet. Looked boney up at Yankee Jim and I bet you would have a bit more h20 east of L town.

I hope you didn't drive a dory up from fairplay to run low flat water and catch a fish.

Ha, no I just moved up there. I just changed my info too. It was a nice fish though. We weren't the only ones on the river, there's others out there ripping lip. My big trip this year is the owyhee. Can't wait.
