Let's hope this comes to fruition....Remember a while back when Texas gov. Rick Perry was threatening to succeed from the union,the running joke was ;Let 'em go as long as they take Oklahoma with them!The Okies can stay if they build this thing.If this and the Tulsa wave were in at the same time a play boater could make a decent trip out of it. Too bad Arkansas flows are so erratic,hit OK on the way to and from.
