At Durango 4-corners riversports, I talked to a professional playboater, Jed Selby. He says the ZG is pretty play specific. The new EZG is more of a combined river runner/play boat. This is what I ended up getting. I got the EZG due to Jed's recommendation. He said the ZG was more for aerial moves, the EZG more for surfing, spinning, cartwheels, etc....The ZG was a more advanced play boat.
