With spring runoff hitting the Grizzly Creek burn scar in Glenwood Canyon, we have started to receive reports of more loose trees and limbs in the Colorado River. If you're floating, use caution, keep an eye out for oncoming debris, and float with others to help spot hazards.

I think it's just a boring public service announcement written in Spanish and English. What was your confusion about?
I don't speak Spanish, and wondered what it said. Nothing odious, just curious...
