I looked for them and haven't seen them.
You should be able to get the gps coordinates of the put-in & takeout easily enough from google earth, or the Microsoft equivalent. I doubt they exist for the campsites. Just use the river map.
Hey...just got back from Lodore a couple months ago, I've got a Google Earth fly through (.kmz) with many of the waypoints on it if you'd like it. Send me your email since I see it's blocked and I'll send it over. I didn't make it but it does have many of the major points on it.
Honestly, gps coordinates won't do much for you anyway since once you are in the canyon your gps probably won't work. I took mine but didn't end up using it at all but the other boat I was with tried to use his with no luck in the main canyon. It's not difficult to navigate at all with a good map and all the campsites are well marked.
