I was going to do the Upper and Lower Eagle runs this weekend (July 7&8). Any one know how the flows are? Eddyflower.com says one is low, and the other is medium.

Both are going to be pretty low. Have never run them this low but I am thinking that they may OK but not super great.

Pretty much gone now. My personal lowest on the lower was 700CFS at Gypsum but that was pretty darn low.

You can get down. I assume you are a kayaker. I took my raft down and fished some, so a kayak would fit. It is low, bony, and better suited for fishing now than for whitewater.
