Nice vid, do you use the dirt road and put in above caldera.If so how long does it take.Always wanted to do this, but passed due to the what seems like a not worth it shuttle.

Our trips put in at Spring Island, just downstream of J.C. Boyle. It's a long shuttle.

I know of that one, way to far. I heard you could take a nasty dirt road in an put in just above caldera. My buddy says its a 5 mile ahr dirt road but would still beat the standard shuttle by hrs.

Yeah you can put in at Frain Ranch above Caldera. The road is pretty bad. I haven't been on it in a long time.

Thanks for the info, if you hear of anyone who has done it lately post it up please. My buddys shortcuts can be questionable at best.Does anyone run shuttles on U.K. I tried all the outfitters and they werent interested.
