how's golden at this level? i can't take it anymore, i have to get in some water. can you throw ends, spin, anything?

Hi,
Golden is low, but not too low. Colorado School of Mines had their annual competition there last weekend and it was low but fine. You can spin on a couple of the features and I saw a few people throw some cartwheels at the library hole and it looks like the bleacher hole has changed from last year (it seems like there is a rock in the backwash). Its definately boatable. Have fun!
