I've paddled that boat a bit. I spent a lot more time in the nrg, which is more of a hole performer/butt bouncer, but I got in the twin tip on both waves and holes. It's stupidly fast on a wave. In holes it's very excellences from end to end (not as springy feeling as the nrg) and it loops pretty well -- seems to dive a bit before the pop really kicks in, but it kicks in for sure. I've gotten some really big loops in that boat.
Only thing i didn't like about it was the backband -- the plastic that connects it to the seat seems to soften up after a bunch of use and eventually form a seam that causes it to slide under your ass and eventually crack. If you get one, you might want to replace the backband after this starts happening. Or, maybe custom fabricate something similar out of another material, because aside from it wearing out, it's a really nice system.
