This election has been one of the most contested and the most talked about elections in history. It is good to see so many people taking part in democracy. No matter if your candidate lost or if they won you did your part in making a choice and standing by it. This forum created a lot of thought and a lot of ideas where tossed around and I hope there are no hard feelings or anything of that matter. I hope that more people go and vote in the next election, that way everyone has their voice heard regardless of what side they are on.

Considering the slant of your previous posts on this subject and what side I perceive that you had chosen, I see this as being very magnanimous of you. Thank you for being considerate.

i just watched naders concession speech. i feel guilty, like i sold out for not fallowing my true progressive beliefs and voting for the second to worse candidate to help the cause to try to beat the worst president this country has ever seen and still lost....................... im not giving up and im not giving in to the two party dictatorship again. the land we love needs us now more than ever. we, a community that at the least gives a shit about our rivers, cant afford to kiss the environment good by. i cant help but think that all of this will only help fuel the fire that we need some serious changes, fast..... stay strong people...
peace and powder to the people!!!!

at least we have Salazar

If Pete Coors were elected into office I would have moved. Coors--the #1 polluter in Co and Bush would spell disaster for CO. We, the people, still have a voice to speak up. So keep an eye out for bullshit bills and speak to your Congressman to make sure to vote against them.
Ken Salazar is a good start.

This website is really cool. Check it out!!
www.truemajorityaction.org

This website makes it easy to find out about the bills we might not like. And it will send your Congressman a fax stating what you don't like about it. Your voice does matter...so instead of bitchin about it stand up and let your voice be heard. This organization is a great start for people that don't know where to begin.

Although I am dissapointed, it's not the end of the world. Doesn't matter if your candidate won or lost it will never be as bad or as good as you think it will. At least the clean energy vote passed here in Colorado!

Yes we all must make a stand in order to protect our enviroment, and not just in Colorado, everywhere period. I've always sent letters, and email on enviromental issues I hope there is an increase in this practice. YOUR VOICE DOES MATTER!
