Ocoee should be running on some weekdays by now, maybe Thurs and Fri.

Rock Island is a must

Pigeon River on I-40 at NC-TN border, I think runs on Tues, Thurs, Sat, there may be a new day also

Nolichucky will run randomly as it is a rather large watershed

The schedule for Ocoee releases can be found on the TVA website (www.tva.gov). It should be running almost everyday at this point. If you want play you have to go to Rock Island. Also go hit the Tellico. Its about 30 minutes north of the Ocoee. The upper section has three clean waterfalls the final one being about 15 ft. After the last waterfall (Baby Falls) there is one more class IV and the rest is all boogie water. It may be a little low this time of year but hit it if you can. Keep an eye on the weather out there. If another tropical storm blows through you can expect everything to surge up and you might be able to paddle some cool stuff. Last year everything was dried up and three hurricanes blew through in a week. Dropped like 18 inches of rain in some places and we were summer creeking (thats rare out there).
