I am going to run the "wild mile" tomorrow. Is there wood in it? Is it good to go at this level? I am comfortable on big water class 5. Any body going to be there? Thanks Adam

Boy, Montana must have changed alot since I grew up there. We were taught be respectful of one another, then use a sense of humor when appropriate. Maybe you are a transplant generation or maybe you two know each other (I hope for Montanan's sake).

I haven't paddled in that area, but here is a link, if you scrowl down there is some video footage of the swan

Bigfork "locals" must be too cool these days...smoke another! As I remember the mess of whitewater on the wild mile, hold on and it will be over pretty quick! There is also a good surf wave river right at the bottom.

Ignore that loser. Sure, there are jerks in every place, and unfortunately he is showing his defects. Let him do that, go on with the discussion.

It's one thing to joke how we love having the Unibomber, freemen, etc to keep out the riffraff. It's another to be a complete a$$hole to folks you've never met, that share a common passion.

He probably doesn't even live here, just another troll
