nothing like that that I know of, but spadout.com has a paddling section--lots of flatwater gear, but some WW gear too

Nothing quite like S&C, but reioulet.com, sierratradingpost.com, ems.com all have a Deal of the Day - sometimes paddling related items pop up, just like that do now and again at S&C. All three of those sites also have close-out deals on paddling gear, as does Backcountry.com. campmor.com also has some kayaking goods at decent close-out prices - they landed a load of IR gear earlier this summer, still have some of it.
