Splash top / Paddling jacket Recommendations?

Trashed my paddling jacket last weekend, looking for another one.

Specific features I'd really like:

  • Neoprene and velcro closures for neck, wrists, and waist
  • water resistant breathable fabric
  • pockets are a plus.

Don't need latex gaskets.

Anyone got a good recommendations?

Eastern Mountain Sports has a Kokotat splash top on sale no tunnel draw string bottom but I use it late season on poudre and its great. Oh by the way its gortex round $60-80 can give you promo code if that's legal? for sale
