Hey walterwhite, I hiked in from Lodgepole TH and put on at the confluence of Babcock Creek and Young's a couple of years ago in a packraft (TR attached). I had great flows on Young's (estimated 1000cfs), but you are right to be concerned about water levels with the size of your boat. All I can really add it that it is definitely doable with your size raft at the flows I saw, and probably doable down to 500cfs. Below that it would be a beatdown and no fun regardless of how good the fishing is. As you can read in my TR, there are several portages and one really fun rapid section in an incised canyon right before the confluence with Danaher. If the water goes to low, take an IK instead and go have fun, because it is an amazing place. Watch out for the bears!
