Hi mountain buzz. I’m not going to sugar coat this one, but for the right person, it’s a steal.
suit is in great condition, no leaks in feet and has the awesome front entry zipper. Unfortunately, the zipper has wear in the last few teeth before the housing and it leaks. I won’t say this is a substantial leak, but it’s also not insignificant. My right pec was damp after 2 minutes of full submersion.
This could be a great suit for a rafter or anyone willing to get the repair done. It has the best entry of any suit. I have a reliable suit that fits my needs, otherwise I’d put in the work to send it in to immersion research for a zipper replacement. IR quoted me $275 FYI.
for the occasional time out or anyone looking for a drysuit on the cheap, it could be a great fit. I’ll consider offers and ski trades.
