I wonder if anyone in Glenwood was ever going to tell the kayaking community about this event? Might be a good idea for them to advertise it at soem point.

no we don't like to tell the larger boating community about our events, we are the most secretive... haha I was just about to do a post about it. Also Glenwood Canyon Kayak's sale will be happening untill the 22nd, check it out, lots of great deals
