I am one of three in a four bedroom victorian on mountain ave in fort collins CO, the house is sweet and the rent is cheap, all totaled under 400 a month, which is not bad considering the location. The house is a five minute bike ride to campus or a three minute ride to the bar. No lease or bullshit.
