At your size, you could definitely go with a medium or a large. Going with the medium will mean increased ability to throw the boat around but it will be a little tight. I have a coworker who is about your size and he really liked the medium for both playboating and downriver playboating on slaughterhouse. If you go with the large, it will be a little more comfortable for river running and sitting in it for longer periods of time. You'll be at the very bottom of the weight range on the Large so it will be more difficult to throw freestyle tricks in. Let me know if you've got any other questions!

I'm 5'8" 180 lbs and I am happy in the medium. I've paddled the large and it feels too big for me. I also have a big foam block in the front so I would think it would fit your legs.

I'm 6'1 200lb (size 12 shoe) and picked up a medium over the winter. Great pool boat and I fit fine, but I was a submarine in the numbers yesterday.
