Staying in Carbondale for a few days, so the Roaring Fork is right in our backyard. At what flows is a 14 oar rig crazy talk? Looking to take the kids on something besides the Colorado if it's not too low already.

So, from Catherine's (we are not far from there) down at current flows, will the 14 footer go? We have a min-Max as an option too, but kids are wanting to go in the bigger raft for whatever reason...

Only rapid of note is Cemetary, correct? Read and run though I assume?

I take my 14' fly fishing raft on the Fork until around 500cfs.
Should stay above that most of the summer.
Put in below Carbondale Bridge and float to the confluence.
Around 16 miles.
Drift boats do better above 1000cfs.
No rapids to worry about.

I agree with everyone else - it is still great. About 3000 now. Cemetery is a 2+ read and run. Fun. Fishing just getting good now, too, if you are into it.
