Long shot, I know, but I would really really REALLY like to get on a Rio Chama permit next weekend (7/18-7/20)...
I have a 14ft raft and gear, would be happy to carry other people's stuff...Would bring beer....lot's of beer...

Although it's probably too late, I have called in today to the BLM to release the permit I have for launch next Wednesday, Aug. 13.

The weekend release has been regularly above 600 cfs (friday afternoon till early sunday morning)....

Accordingly, I'll be looking at running the "daily" maybe Labor Day weekend....I think overnight permit trips might be done for the season....
