I have the two-step, and it has three "steps." The top one I suppose is more of a hand-hold. Plenty big enough for 20" tubes.

The first time I used one, Dave had stopped making them. They were unavailable for purchase. I was so glad when Zach worked out a deal with Dave to bring them back to the market. Everyone who has used mine loves it. They sell themselves once you use one.

My ex had bought me a "ladder in a bag." Good concept, but very difficult to use, and it does not self-store after deployment.

I'm probably going to get a second one for the other side of my boat. I'll surely de-rig mine and take it to the Canyon to put on a rental boat.

The choice of colors is indeed an upgrade from the original design, and the grip tape for sure is a nice touch.
