I have e-mailed them twice from their website and have never
received any reply!!!!! Are they still in business???? Thanks in

The last news I heard was that he was going to start making them again this spring. He had some personal things that he had to deal with, and, unfortunately, has had to temporarily shut the doors. Understand that he is a very small company and was funding the entire thing by himself. The paddles are awesome and I only hope that he is able to get back to making them soon.

I bumped into Wayne the other day... yes, he's hoping to get back into the shop in April (maybe March?).

He is still in business and I imagine he has a backlog of work. PLEASE keep in mind that he is one person doing all of the work. It will take some time to get your paddle made, don't expect to have it right away. But it will be worth waiting for.

If you can't get in touch with him in April, post something else on here and I'll try to get in touch with him.

Marko--- I just noticed your location is "Boston", have you left CO for good or just for the winter?

Hey Seth
I moved to Boston to go back to school. I plan on being here for the winters, and hopefully in CO for the summers; at least that is the plan until I graduate.

Enjoy the winter, and I'll probably see you in June.

As the above posts discuss it will be a while before you can custom order a Woody and we hope they are back in business soon.

Just FYI we have a couple left at CKS. I have 2 bentshaft 194's in the 'freekstle' layup (it wont break and its a little lighter than the kreekr) and 1 straight shaft 196 in the same layup.

If any of those interest you give us a shout.

They are $424.95-the standard Woody price.

If it seems expensive fpr a paddle, well, it is. However, considering that a Woody should last a lifetime it would save money that you might otherwise spend on 2 to 4 $250+ paddles.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Each of the two 194's we have left are different feather's ( I have a 15degree and a 55degree).

Thanks,
Chris.
