This is obviously just in the concept stage, but this is an interesting proposal. From the Coloradoan:

ADVENTURE WATERSPORTS PARK

S2ops LLC is proposing to build, own and operate an adventure water sports park in Loveland. Three-time Olympian kayaker Scott Shipley is the chief of operations for the company.

The roughly 41,000-square-foot project is slated for the Crossroads area.

The project includes:
2,200 linear feet of whitewater channel
900 linear feet of adventure tubing
18,200 square feet for a hospitality building which will include retail and conference meeting spaces
15,000 square feet for a restaurant and concessions
14,451 square feet for bungalows and covered group areas
3,526 square feet for boat support buildings
An amphitheater, kid's mini-stream, climbing area, canyoneering area, zip lines and a fountain.

That would be pretty cool to see developed, love how a whitewater park now has a specific adventure tubing section. I-25 and the Crossroads is somewhat of a cluster, nice amenities though, wonder when they will make it ten lanes both directions and widen 34...
