Yes, there is a way to tell what the rock is at. GO to Flows on Mountainbuzz, then look at the chart to see what the poudre is at at the canyon mouth. Then below the chart, there is a link that say 'cache la poudre' in there you can type in the CFS and that will convert it to what it says on the rock!
Last time I checked it was going back down, it was at low 2's.
