A friend (very good friend) gave me a partner stove as a thank you gift (he knew I was drooling over them).
Long story short he gave me a 4 burner 16" stove and I decided I wanted a 18" with the break apart hinge. I called them and they said send it back with all your info and what you want us to do. Shipped UPS on Tuesday and received my upgraded stove the following Monday 6 days later. That is what I call great customer service.

I second Bighorn. I had some issues with my stove last year and they were more than patient talking me through the troubleshooting over the phone until it was fixed. Took almost an hour but they were more than happy to help. Great people up there.
