Depends on what part of the state you are going to. Shoshone River in Cody may have some (not sure of current flows, there should be a kayak shop there you can call) and the Snake south of Jackson always has something good.
The Shoshone in Cody is at it's normal summer flow 1000cfs which has some really great play spots, The most popular is the silver tube hole. If you get a chance it's worth the trip. The best run on the river is great from now untill mid October it's 3-4 miles of class 4 with some great play. Another park and play spot is on the Clarks Fork @ Muddy Hole.
Casper is the only park and play in the north east part, cody and jackson as have been previously said, Evanston and Green River in the south west part and that is pretty much it for wyoming park and play. Bluegrass creek outside of wheatland may be running. your best bet for park and play in wyoming this time of year will be green river, they have a pretty good park for august - good anywhere above 1000 cfs, a good rodeo in the end of august and that is really it for wyoming. I will be moving back to laramie end of august, depending on where you are drop me a pm if you want to hook up to paddle.
