Thanks. I have a few quick questions about the format. The website says: "Beginner Kayaking Classes
Open Pool"

So, is it open pool where everyone does their own thing or is it a structured class where an instructor talks to everyone and they follow their lead? Or maybe something in-between?

I'm an experienced creeker but a beginner playboater so I know how to roll just fine: I'd be interested in messing around in my playboat and having an instructor available who could give me some tips while I practice doing some flatwater bow stalls and cartwheels. Can something like that happen in this open pool session or is that a different class?

Thanks.

Hiya!

The $10 Open Pool Sessions are sessions where you can play around and hang out with other kayakers. There is a guide there who kinda keeps on eye on things (a proctor), but no formal instruction. However, with advance notice, you can choose to hire an instructor anytime you want to be there with you to work on whatever your heart desires :p.

Please explore the website further or call (303) 988-2943.

Thanks!
