The road is generally shitty, narrow, rutted and steep. It was dry with a few water crossings that weren't that deep. We had 4x4 trucks but did not use 4x4. My friend had a trailer on the back of a Nissan Titan. A lot can change in a month. I heard a week before we were there the road washed out and my friends got stuck. I hope this helps.
