I am headed to Washington/idaho/oregan this summer. Around May 15th or so. Plan on running Little White, White, Cispus, and some other classic NW rivers. I was wondering if these rivers possibly compare to an eastern rivers?

Also anyone have a good estimate of the flows then? Should they be high or low around May?

And any rivers you think i should look into would be appreciated.

The LWS seems to be the NW equivalent of the Green, culture-wise, but more consequential -- but I haven't done the LWS so maybe it's just familiarity because I know the Green. The average gradient on the LWS is close to the steepest mile on the Green. Also, the LWS runs at higher levels, so more pushy I imagine. Sorry, most of us are inter-mountain types and don't live in the NW. Perhaps there's folks who can offer a more informed opinion?
