There was a flash flood on Aug 9 down Joe Hutch Canyon, and it radically changed Joe Hutch Rapid - the haystack train right above Cow Swim. Dennis from the BLM Price office characterizes it as a Class III now. There's a pretty good thread on the utahrafters message board about it (a few pages down by now), including a link by one guy who was actually camped at Cow Swim the afternoon it flashed - he included a link to his many pics.
Sounds like a steeper, center-to-right run, rocks at the top and rocks at the bottom. Dennis calls it a mandatory scout (right side), but the Deso ranger who ran it about a week later says it isn't too difficult if you get a decent line.
