Need some Rafting friends in Colorado

I am looking for some new rafting friends to enjoy my new RMR Storm with. I guided about ten years ago on Clear Creek, Arkansas, and Colorado. But have not been on the water since then. I purchased my boat this spring and have R1'ed it a few times on the Poudre and Clear Creek but I desperately need some people to raft with to make shuttling/ general boating more fun!

I feel pretty new right now just getting back into it but I am hoping to meet some people to make me feel like a seasoned river runner again.

Front Range area but willing to travel anywhere in Colorado or maybe even some Utah trips.

Thanks!

Facebook is the best way to find friends on the river. Look up "white water inflatables colorado" on facebook groups. we go boating as a group almost every weekend. Mainly rafts but also some duckies. A few of us R1. Send me a message if you need any help finding the group

If you're not on Facebook and you hate Facebook, like me, then you've come to the right place. Over the years I used MB many times to find paddling partners. This place isn't what it used to be for CO paddlers but keep your eye on it and don't hesitate to reach out to people, you'll find some good folks. These days I often solo kayak Class II-III and I often just meet people when I'm getting ready at the put-in and run with them. If you're really itching to get out and you haven't found a partner it might not be a bad strategy to just hang out at the busier put-ins and see who comes along, if you have the time.

Down for some clear creek laps. Like to do tunnel 1 down on lunch break or after work.
