Hey. I am moving out of my place in Edwards and going towards Vail. Don't want to be anywhere but Eagle-Vail, Vail, or west Vail. I would like to have less rent then now. I am paying 850 now. Looking for somthing between 600-750. I will be off every Fri. Sat. Sun. for paddling and camping. Name is Jon. Just let me know .

I've got a room for rent in Avon that is across the street from the Avon Play Park and right next to the Avon Bakery and Deli. Yeah it's not exactly Vail but you can walk to the play park... ;-)

The room is the master bedroom and attached bath as well as parking/storage in the garage.
