Beautiful boat! And +2 on valve placement. Their website still shows valves on sides for most models. Question.... is Hyside moving towards bow/stern valve placement or is it something you have to spec out? It was a bonus when I bought my 14xt and my itchy feet are being scratched by a potential purchase of Pro15 or 16xt in the future. Both still show side valves

Also, love the valve placement as well! Though, I do wish the Hyside logo was elsewhere. I'm wanting to put D rings there and that makes it a challenge.

Only potential problem I see with the valves being there is if you want to rig a motor and motor transon on the back.

Transom probably needs to be wider than the valves anyways, for full steering.

Congratulations! Sick looking boat. I got my Hyside in the mail about a week ago too. Ordered a Max 12 and took it down Hells Canyon the next weekend. Flipped it on Granite so she’s already broken in. Stoked to get mine tricked out more and see where she takes me.

I placed an order for a new pro 16xt in May!

I was told by the shop that I have an expected delivery at the end of March. (I knew it would take that long) Seeing that others ordered last fall and are getting them a year later has me a bit concerned. I guess I'll be holding on to my current boat until the new one is in my posession.

Tell her you want a jet boat or an airplane and negotiate down... its a deal for the low price of.... and prices are only going to go up.
