Any of you folks done a surf trip down to these parts of Mexico, I’m trying to decide between staying at the one town or the other. Lookin to surf and drink

I’ve been down there quite a bit and always stay in Sayulita for the night life and town aspect. There’s a cool company called Wild Mex in town that shuttles us to La Launcha where there is different breaks for various skill level. They are super cool people and have been spot on for many years! Eat breakfast at Choco Banana in town!

Surf and drink. You can do both at either place. And at either place you will need to drive. Yes, breaks out front at both places, but if you are looking for better waves and fewer people, you will drive. But if drinking is your main thing, then Sayulita, more to choose from.
