A higher seat is more aggresive, and a lower seat more stable. I would leave the seat where it is and just try to get used to it. Years ago we used to purposely raise our seat to have more leverage and reach in our strokes. It's a good thing to have your center of gravity higher in the boat.

It's been two years!!! I think thats long enough. I have a longer torso and shorter legs for my 6'2" body.

Sell the boat. Jefe's are popular and you'll get a good price. Buy a new boat rather than monkey with your current one.

The burn has a low seat. If you have a tall torso it seems to fit very well.
