Hi Mtn Buzzers - we lost our Lost Sawyer SquareTop DyneLite oar on Gates of Lodore - stuck in Triplett Falls (III) on July 15, 2022. It’s stuck in the large boulders on the right. The commercial trip behind us confirmed it’s visible. Keg of beer or cash reward! We live in Denver area or will come pick it up if found / retrieved. Thanks all!

Hi DidNotWinLottery (ha! Hilarious name) - yes, it is very bony on upper Triplett. Another in our crew lost their oar but recovered it. Curious, which Middle Fork are you referring to? We ran Middle Fork of the Flathead and it was pretty high water!

Middle Fork of the Salmon, a couple of years ago. Its the very definition of Boney when the water goes down. Interesting to hear was not the only one jamming oars into hidden boulders on Lodore. The water turned to a milk shake the night before from flash floods and that just made it hard to see the rocks.
