Has anyone used 1/2" komatex or Sintra for side decking or bench seats? Seems like pretty good rigid stuff but could melt down and deform at 140 degrees.

Expanded PVC

I have used that product, and while rigid, I have found it to be affected by heat and it will snap if flexed. You need HDPE, the cutting board product. Regal/Piedmont in Denver has it.

Seconded on the HDPE. HDPE has a constant working temperature limit of ~230 F, while Sintra deforms at ~120 F. HDPE doesn't contract and expand like Sintra, either, and will maintain its rigidity better. HDPE is heavier, but it's going to last a lot longer.
