With the flows on the Poudre at 2ft. does this mean that they're letting water out of the resevoirs and that the upper runs would have enough water to run?

I remember last year how they just let it gush all of a sudden and everyone was doing Joe Wright or Spencer Heights.

Any word on whether they're letting more water out this coming weekend?

as of last night, 1.9. the spike was from a localized rain & rain-on-snow event on the canyon. doubtful there's anything in joe wright.

but i could be wrong.
