I just wanted to give a shout out, and to let everyone know that IR's customer service is awesome.... IR and CKS were both really helpful: the IR tuffskin skirt I bought back in July tore at the side seam by the tunnel on Monday... I gave CKS a call, they called me right back and told me they were just going to send me a new one. The whole thing was completely painless, every one was really helpful, and I got my brand new skirt on Friday. So... thanks CKS and IR- I definitely appreciate it!

I'll second the motion. Had to send off a uni for a small issue on the overthruster. That was a week ago and I got a tracking number yesterday. Very impressed.

I sent in my drytop for a gasket repair to IR and they said it had a few other issues and sent me back a new one. Way cool!

Just wanted to chime in. Sent my X jacket in for a repair job for some barbwire and they repaired it and shipped it back in a week for free. I don't know any other company that has customer service like they do.
