I wanted to post my comments about IR. I had a couple of problems with a spray skirt and I have to say IR's customer service is by far the best boating related customer service I have ever encountered. They handeled my problem promptly, curteously, and to my complete satisfaction. Many thanks to John and Andrew. It's nice to see a company that realizes that their customers are who keep them in business and puts it into practice.
