After a number of years in Summit County I've moved to Golden and am stoked to have clear creek in my back yard. Which begs the question: how low is too low? My guide has a handwritten note from myself stating that Black Rocks is good at 250. How much is needed for the other stretches? I'm willing to do some scrapping but it is nice to get a couple strokes actually in the water... Thanks!

Do you have a rock boat? And a rock paddle? We ran BR from the normal put-in to just below the Narrows on Saturday at about 140cfs. Channelized and bumpy in some spots, but no pitons, and plenty fun. We ran it the next day around 190, and Rigo almost looked like it would go, but we decided against it and took out after the Narrows again. All that said, I just finished welding my Nomad. Until it gets to about 300, I'll be taking my old Gradient down. Gimme a shout if you want to get an evening run in this week. I'm in Golden. 541 seven two eight 8048

200 was my low to run everything on BR, including rigo.

As for lower CC, I am against any trip below 300 or 350.
