Hells Canyon Road Delays

Idaho Power is working on the Hells Canyon Dam. There are stopping vehicles from crossing the Dam Monday thru Thursday. The delay can be up to 2 hours at a time. This is at the end of Highway 71 on the way to the launch site for the Snake River.
