Guatemala Rafting is a small and personal company that is looking for a good raftguide/ safetykayaker in one person: from end september till half february.
We run our third season and are established within Guatemala and expanding nicely.
We raft the Cahabon, the best river of Guatemala. We do adventurous one-day trips and remote 2 day- expeditions with camping, also kayakcourses.
I am looking for a qualified guide with some experience.
Your shed/cabin is on the river, discount from the hotel next door and 45 $ a trip.
It is a great river to work at in a breathtaking environment with a very laidback atmosphere.

Sweet place!!

This is a sweet place. My wife and I spent a week there, two years ago and had a great time. I would recommend it. It is one of the coolest places in Central America. We did not get on the river when we were there, but we hiked one of the stretches and it looked pretty good. The hotel/hostel has good food and a great place to hang-out. Seem like lots of people make there way through.
