Does anyone know what the flows need to be for Green River to be worthwhile? It is at around 900-1000 right now and I am itching to get some playboating in that isn't in a pool. Thanks for beta.

the lower, wider wave (just below the park and bridge) is good to go at all kinds of levels, granted the whitewater park is nothing to do at 1,000cfs, the lower river-wide wave is still working.
If you're driving through and gotta boat, 1100cfs would be ok for the lower wave only.
The park needs about 1500 to 2000cfs to get started.
