I posted some shots from a July trip down the Grand Canyon. They can be found in the 'Adventure' section of

On the way to the Grand we stopped at Bryce and Antelope Canyon... there are some pretty cool shots from these places on my site as well.

The picture is of the 5th wave in hermit. Perhaps the most fun rapid down ther. sj

that is me hand paddling... but the rapid is Hermit not Lava as sj pointed out.
