I have a need to glue a d-ring to a floor bladder (don't ask :) The bladder is urethane coated nylon fabric (from an aire raft). From what I can tell, the coating is on the inside and it's just the nylon fabric on the outside. What would I use to glue a d-ring to it?

I plan to do the same thing. Staybond may work fine. I don't want my island to float away from my dock. It needs air to often to be used in the raft but will make a fine cocktail lounge!

Stabond works great. I use it to repair floor bladders all the time.
And this will adhere to the OUTSIDE of the bladder (the nylon fabric)? Also - I assume I should use a PVC d-ring?

yes and yes. I use stabond to patch the OUTSIDE of bladders all the time. Never seen one come back. The urethane that is inside is stuck to the nylon, no reason to think urethane wouldn't stick to the nylon on the outside. Stabond sticks to almost anything as long as its prepped correctly.
